At The End of the Day

Many people have a hard time falling asleep. 

That can be a problem because getting a good night’s sleep is important for physical and mental health.

There are many reasons why some people have trouble falling asleep from interfering pain to an overactive mind that just can’t turn off. 

One way a person can relax and give her/himself permission to rest is review the day. It might be a good idea to try and recall five things that went well, were enjoyable, made one smile, enriched someone else’s day, or that one was proud of accomplishing. If a person can recall five positive things about the day he/she just had, it might just leave him/her with a warm and fuzzy enough feeling to relax and fall asleep reflecting on a good day.
