We believe everyone is unique and brings a different foundation of experience and skills to the collaborative process at Summit. We strive to provide counselling services that fit each individual. Summit integrates ideas from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Gottman Therapy, Sex Therapy, Somatic Therapies and Mindfulness practices, to a few. The goal at Summit is to find a counselling plan that works best for each individual. You have a specific set of skills and we look forward to working with you to uncover them!

Our team is just as unique as you so feel free to explore each clinician’s profiles to see who you may connect with. The right fit is important and we will do our best to ensure there is someone at Summit who can support your specific goals. You can book a free phone consult with several of our therapists before booking a full session.

Arden St. André, Clinic Manager, BA (she/her)

You can find me at our St. Albert location, in charge of digital media, marketing, community outreach, hiring and internship placement, plant watering (when I remember) and team building. When I’m not working I like to explore the great outdoors with my dogs or throw pottery.

Kayitesi Nyirarukundo, BA, Client Coordinator (she/her)

My role at Summit is to connect with new and existing clients, offer recommendations and answer any question you may have in regards to billing, booking or the therapeutic process. In my spare time I love to work on puzzles and play with my fur baby Leo!

Simon Goyeau, Client Care Coordinator (they/them)

You won’t see me in the office because I work virtually, but rest assured that I’m busy in the background providing accounts receivable, insurance, and client care support. When I’m not working, you can find me building obstacle courses for my small human and feline family members, camping, and playing board games with my spouse.

We know that finding the right information or knowing where to start can be daunting which is why we offer you the option to book a consult with one our client coordinators at a time that is convenient for you.
