Whether it's managing daily stressors, navigating relationships, moving through grief, healing from traumas or many other mental health challenges, I recognize the courage it takes to utilize a resource like therapy when continuing down one’s path of healing and self-discovery. I strive to provide clients with support that is open-minded and unconditional, meeting them where they are at on their journey and working together to find self-compassion and strategies best tailored for them. I integrate approaches that focus on self-acceptance, one’s own strengths, solutions, and cognitive-emotional strategies through a culturally-responsive and socially just lens. I am honoured to be on the provider-side of care and walking alongside individuals as they heal and grow.
